We support you can provide us with your own design files or sending us original samples with adjustments advice, or based on our existing design and specifications. We will based on your demand and provide our suggestions on design, size specs, yarn, color, workmanship, etc.

Custom Fabric and Stock Fabric

More than 100 kinds of fabric are available, such as 100% cotton, cotton acrylic, cotton viscose, nylon, polyester and wool mixed, Tencel, silk, linen, metallic, and so on. Based on your design, we'll recommend suitable stock fabric for your reference to short the leadtime. We can provide custom fabric solutions for nearly any design.

Custom Color & Size

After confirming the kind of fabric, we will send you color card to choose. If the color you need is not in the card, just send us images or Pantone number. We can dye whatever colors you want from standard to unique colors. You can provide us with your own design size chart. If you don't have a size chart, our masters can provide you with size recommendations for your country according to your design. Work with many international brands so we knew the sizes for different designs.

Our Requirements

We can customize any sportswear, you just need to send us your design file, or tell us your ideas, we can customize for you. After receiving your request, we will reply to your request in time and get all the details from you. Make sure the quality of the sportswear is what you expect.

Sample Production

After confirming all the details of the sportswear, we will start to produce samples, the production time of the samples is about 10–20 days. After the samples are completed, we will take pictures for you to confirm and then send them to you via DHL/UPS express. Please contact us if you need to modify the sample after receiving it.

Mass Production

When it is confirmed that the sample clothes are exactly as you expect, we will make sportswear in batches through a powerful production line. In addition, we will keep you updated with the production progress. Make sure every step is what you expected.

Quality Inspection

To be able to ensure that all sportswear are of the expected quality, our strict and experienced quality inspection team has carried out many strict inspections and supervision in the selection of raw materials, incoming fabrics, craftsmanship, stitching, ironing and packaging.

Sample Order

For the samples, we usually send it directly to you by DHL/UPS/Fedex express, and the transportation time is 5-7 days

Bulk order

For bulk order, We have 4 different kinds of logistics options:

  1. DHL / UPS / FedEx Express (5–7 days)
  2. Air Freight via Freight Forwarder (12–15 days, all taxes included)
  3. Truck + Air Freight via Freight Forwarder (30–35 days to EU, all taxes included)
  4. Sea Freight via Freight Forwarder (45–60 days to EU, all taxes included)

Changes of Shipping

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the products and replacement products and/or refunds. If you have any modification, you must do so prior to your order being shipped.

1. Q:How to get a sample?

A: We have own factory with more than 20 years of experience, experienced designer, low MOQ, excellent quality, reasonable price, good service, and fast delivery.

2. Q:How to get a sample?

A: Sample order is welcome. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need. It usually takes 10-20 days to finish your sample according to the design.

3. Q:Can we print our own brand or logo on your products

A: Yes, of course. Please provide digital file and size of your logo/label/tag. It is our pleasure to be one of your good OEM manufacturers in China.

4.Q:Why do some goods have difference between website picture and practical items?

A: Different batches of fabric or different light and browser may cause the difference between the picture and practical goods.

5.Q:Do you provide free sample ?

A: Sample fee is charged per design. For sportswear made of woven fabric, Sample fee will be fully refunded once the bulk order quantities meet 300 pieces /design. For knit wear, Sample fee will be fully refunded once the bulk order meet 100 pieces per design.

6.Q:What is your minimum order quantities (MOQ) ?

A: As a direct sports wear factory, our MOQ of custom designs is 100 pieces per design per color and mixed 4 size for fabric made goods. For our available stock goods, our MOQ is 1 pieces.

7.Q:Can I have my private label on the sports wear ?

A: Yes, you can. It is OK for us to custom made your own logo and attach on your design products. We also can make sample development according to your own design because we offer both OEM and ODM service.

8.Q: Can I get a sample before pacing order ?

A: Yes, you can. we can develop and send samples for your quality approval firstly.

9.Q: How long is your sample lead time and production lead time ?

A: Our sample lead time for custom made style is 10-20days and 25-35days for production. For our available styles, our sample lead time is7 days and 20~30 days for bulk.

10.Q: How about the shipping cost ?

A: Shipping cost depends on the order quantity, package size and shipping way like Express DHL, FEDEX, UPS ect. By air or by sea shipment cost ,pls contact us for detail information and we will offer different options for your selection
