Is there a Talonshop store I can visit to try on products?
Unfortunately, no. We don’t have a physical storefront and cannot assist members of the public in our warehouse. All orders are placed online and delivered to your selected address.
Where can I find your size charts?
Our size charts are based on garment measurements. You can view them on our Size Guide page.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! Call us on 1300 TALON or 02 1234 5678 between 9:00–4:00 on weekdays.
Why isn’t my password working for a locked collection?
Please contact your club or association for password assistance, as we’re not authorised to distribute them.
Do I need to create an account at checkout?
No, you can use guest checkout. However, creating an account makes future purchases faster and keeps you updated on Talonshop’s latest news and offers.
What payment methods does Talonshop accept?

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?
Payments should only process once. Multiple charges may occur if:
- You clicked “submit” multiple times due to a slow connection.
- You navigated back to change your order details.

What does the ‘Merchant ID Invalid’ error message mean?
This error indicates an address mismatch when using PayPal. Ensure your shipping address matches your PayPal address.
I can’t find certain merchandise anymore!
Some collections are only available for a limited time. Contact us for information about specific products or future releases.
DELIVERY
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, no. Orders will be delivered directly to your selected address.
How much does shipping cost?
- Local Standard Shipping (5–7 days): Orders under $150 → $15. Orders over $150 → Free.
- Express Shipping (1–4 days): $25 per order. Contact support@talonshop.com.
- International Shipping (6–27 days):
- 0–1000g → $30 AUD
- 1001–2000g → $40 AUD
- 2001–3000g → $50 AUD
- 3001–10000g → $60 AUD
- 10001g+ → $70 AUD
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to New Zealand, the UK, the US, and many European countries. More coming soon.
Which delivery service do you use?
We primarily use AusPost, though other couriers may be used based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email once dispatched.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, you can update your address by contacting support@talonshop.com or calling 1300 TALON. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive, contact our Customer Service team at support@talonshop.com.
PROMO CODES
How do I apply a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout. If valid, the discount will apply automatically. Only one code can be used per order.
Note: Discounts cannot be applied after payment. If a code was missed, the order must be cancelled and placed again.
