RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Talonshop, we’re dedicated to creating premium-quality sportswear you’ll be proud to wear. However, if your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help. Our returns and exchange process is simple and transparent — please read the details below to make sure your return is handled smoothly.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of dispatch, excluding items identified as faulty.
Key Requirements:
- Items must be returned to Talonshop within 14 days of dispatch.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with every return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty.
Shipping Notes:
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Talonshop is not liable for returns lost in transit (we recommend using tracked shipping).
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and store credit issued.

Complete the Talonshop Returns Form for your region and include it with the item you are returning. Then, ship your parcel to the appropriate address below:

FAULTY GOODS
At Talonshop, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we will resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Assessment Process:
- All faulty items must be returned to Talonshop for quality assessment.
- Once assessed, the item will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the fault.
A claim cannot be made if:
- The item shows signs of normal wear and tear.
- The product has been modified or repaired without prior authorisation.
- Damage occurred due to misuse, improper care, or external factors (e.g., pests).
- The item was purchased second-hand or you are not the original buyer.
Minor Issues: If the issue is minor, Talonshop will repair the product within a reasonable timeframe so you can get back to performance quickly.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made garments, Talonshop does not accept returns or exchanges on customised items unless they are faulty or were produced incorrectly based on your approved specifications.
Customised goods are non-returnable if:
- The item matches your order but you have changed your mind.
- You found a lower price elsewhere.
- The product is damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- The incorrect size was ordered.
