Welcome to Talonshop. This website and domain are operated by Talonshop Pty Ltd (“Talonshop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or place orders.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

1. Orders and payments

1.1 Placing an order

All orders are subject to stock availability and our acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email — this does not confirm acceptance. Your order is accepted when it is dispatched and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

1.2 Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as approved online payment methods. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order can be processed.

1.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by future price adjustments.

2. Shipping and delivery

2.1 Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability, courier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Administrative and handling fees, which cover packaging, staffing, and processing, are non-refundable.

2.2 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery method. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically applied according to the terms shown on our website.

2.3 International shipping

For international orders, local taxes, duties, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance, which may extend the overall delivery time.

3. Returns and exchanges

3.1 Return eligibility

Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and packaging intact — within the specified return period. Returns not meeting these requirements may be rejected. See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

3.2 Return process

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at support@taloneshop.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, excluding shipping and any non-refundable charges.

3.3 Exchanges

Exchanges for size or colour depend on stock availability. If an exchange cannot be processed, a refund or store credit may be issued instead. Contact support@taloneshop.com to request an exchange.
