SAMPLE ORDER

For the samples, we usually send directly by DHL/UPS/FedEx/Express, and the transportation time is approximately 5–7 days.

BULK ORDER

For bulk orders, we offer 4 different logistics options:

• The DHL/UPS/FedEx Express (5–7 days)
• The air freight to freight forwarder (12–18 days, all taxes included)
• By truck and air freight to freight forwarder (15–35 days to EU, all taxes included)
• The sea freight to freight forwarder (40–60 days to EU, all taxes included)

CHANGE OF SHIPPING

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item has shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, pulling an order back, or updating shipping settings/preferences, may affect the receipt of the products and replacement products and/or refunds.

If you have any modifications, you must notify us before your order is shipped.
