1. General Overview

Promotional codes, vouchers, and gift cards may be used as payment for eligible items on our website. These may be issued as part of the Talon Rewards Program, through marketing promotions, or provided by our partner clubs and organisations.

By making a purchase through Talonshop, you agree to our Refunds and Returns Policy, which includes the following:

• Items purchased at full price prior to a promotion are not eligible for retrospective price adjustments.
• Refunds for returned items are assessed individually and require products to be in their original condition and packaging.
• Products purchased with a promo code will be refunded as store credit, calculated based on the discounted amount paid.

2. Promotional Codes and Voucher Conditions

Promotional codes and vouchers are only valid under the specific conditions outlined — such as promotion dates, minimum spend requirements, and product or category exclusions.

Our system will automatically apply the most advantageous eligible offer available to your order.

Promotions are typically not stackable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promo codes are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

If your order total is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

If the voucher does not cover the full order amount, an alternative payment method (other than another promo code) must be used.

Discounts are allocated proportionally across all eligible items in your order.

Sale and “Last Chance” items are excluded from promo code use and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

3. Gift Cards

You can combine multiple gift cards to pay for a single order.

Gift cards and vouchers are delivered digitally to the email address provided. Please ensure the email entered is correct — Talonshop is not responsible for lost or misdirected cards due to incorrect email details.

Treat gift cards as cash. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorisation — including cases involving email breaches or account compromise.

Gift cards that are flagged by law enforcement or deemed to have been fraudulently obtained may be deactivated.

Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue, as required by Australian Consumer Law. Expired gift cards cannot be renewed or redeemed.

Misuse, Fraud and Monitoring

Talonshop actively monitors all promotional code, voucher, and gift card usage to prevent misuse.

Misuse, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour may result in:

• Cancellation of orders, rewards, or discounts.
• Restriction, suspension, or closure of your account.
• A request for alternative payment before your order is processed.

Talonshop reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice to protect the integrity of its promotions and programs.
