Our minimum order starts at 25 pieces of the same garment. This ensures consistent production quality and competitive pricing for your custom order.

Production timeframes vary depending on whether your garments are cut-and-sew or sublimated, and whether you’re a new or returning client.

For New Clients

Cut-and-sew sportswear: Up to 19 weeks total (including design, review, pre-production sample, manufacturing, and delivery).

Sublimated garments: Up to 8 weeks (including design, sample approval, and delivery).

For Returning Clients

New cut-and-sew designs: Up to 19 weeks.

Reorders of existing designs: Within 12 weeks.

Sublimated sportswear: Within 8 weeks.

Most orders are delivered via sea freight directly from our production facility at no additional cost. If you need your order faster, air freight can be arranged (fees apply). Once your order arrives in Australia, it will be delivered straight to your nominated address by one of our trusted courier partners.

We offer an inclusive size range designed to fit every team member — from Children’s Size 4 all the way up to Adults’ 6XL.

For one-off orders, full payment is required before production begins. Returning customers can apply for a trade account, allowing orders to be invoiced upon dispatch with 30-day payment terms.

All Talonshop apparel is produced in our own dedicated manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, China. By overseeing production directly, we ensure exceptional quality, sustainable practices, and ethical working conditions.
