Talonshop sportswear is crafted to meet premium standards of quality, performance, and durability, and is supported by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product experiences a major fault, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the issue does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced to ensure it meets acceptable quality standards.

PRODUCT CARE
To maintain your warranty coverage and extend the lifespan of your Talonshop apparel, please follow the care instructions provided with each garment. For best results, avoid exposure to solvents, open flames, extreme temperatures, hot water, and dry-cleaning processes, as these may compromise fabric integrity and invalidate warranty coverage.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
